We have a number of free resources available online which can help you to resolve your own issues, or obtain help from other users at no charge. We encourage you to use these resources wherever possible because doing so will save you money.

If you use these free online resources, it is very unlikely that you will ever need to use our charged support. We want you to be able to solve your own issues and resolve your own problems. We don't want to waste your money paying us to give you information that is published online at no charge.

When we learn of ways to improve the software, clarify the documentation, correct bugs or anything else that can help, we publish the information online so that it can be accessed by all our customers and reduce the need for direct charged support.

If you are a client that wants someone to hold your hand, guide you through every step and be on hand to answer trivial questions, sometimes more than once, then you should engage the services of a local computer dealer, accountant or other consultant.

Even though this kind of service is more expensive than our free resources, such providers are able to give you what you want. These support providers are welcome to access the free online resources or use our charged support services on your behalf.
