It is your responsibility to negotiate with the suppliers and negotiate with them for the equipment and services you require.

Please be aware that the prices in other countries are not indicative of what you would expect to pay in your country due to currency exchange rate differences and import duties which vary from country to country. Buying from a reseller in another country is almost never a good idea. By the time you pay import duties, freight and make allowances for warranty costs, importing equipment is rarely a good idea unless you are in the import/export business and handle large volumes of equipment.
