Custom programming services are available where:-

1. The feature(s) required are not suitable for our applications which target the broader market.
2. For commercial reasons, the client does not wish other users, possibly competitors, from making use of the particular enhancements. This may include cases where the client is looking to automate features which may be unique to their business or franchise, and where the techniques they use are a valuable part of their intellectual property.

In many such instances, the existing software we offer may provide most of the features the client wants, and custom modifications can result in a very substantial saving over having an entire application written.

In such cases we are able to provide custom modifications as required by the client, and offer a range of licensing arrangements, including client brand naming if required.

Unlike Uncharged or Subsidised enhancements, we do not receive revenue from licensing to other clients and so the full cost of the custom work must be recovered from the client for whom the work is done. Even so, where the client has multiple users, the cost compared to the return can be very attractive.
